Discerning the various types seems difficult to the untrained eye with the divers twisting and turning quickly before splashing into the water. Breaking each dive into simple elements not only makes performing each dive easier but also enhances your experience.

Swimmers may dive from a springboard or a platform. You may incorporate various positions into basic dive groups to create new elements. For example, you can perform a reverse dive in a pike position by standing at the edge of the board, facing the water.

The Club provides underwater hockey players of all age the best training environnement in Brussels.
BUWH means “Brussels Underwater Hockey”.
We are the first Underwater Hockey club in Brussels to be affiliated with LIFRAS (French Underwater Activities Association).
The BUWH was created in September 2003 by Romain Alderweireldt and Sébastien Snoeck upon their return from Scotland.
It was there that they discovered and practiced UWH with the University of Aberdeen team.
With them, they won the University Championship of Great Britain and participated in the National Championship of Scotland.
Since then, Brussels team has continuously be one of the top team in Belgium.
